GMod Updates #2 - May, New Record, Updated MW2 Ruleset & FAQ

I put live a number of updates across some of the servers this morning. While this is nothing 'gameplay' changing, this is more backend stuff which I wrote but there's also notable client-side changes.
Over the last weekend, I wrote a new module for Garry's Mod in LUA which will go to our backend database and fetch itself a server 'id' based on its IP/Port identity. So this allowed me to re-write some of my most recent modules to integrate with this. MOTD, Adverts, Rules etc now fetch from a databased per Server ID.
1) Updated MOTD
I updated the MOTD when you join to make it easier, less dark and to make the accept button more visible. It now looks like this:

It fits in with our new window style, similar to that of the radio add-on. Should work on all resolutions.
Updated Swapme
I also updated the 'server switching' system to match design but at the same time fetched the list of servers from a database (Instead of having it hard-coded previously)

I do plan to update this soon with live server information an adverts in chat encouraging you to play on our other servers.
Reporting system!
This is one I wanted to do for a while, and only just got around to doing it. As a player you can now report players for offences such as cheating, rule breaking etc.

If an admin is not present in game, the reports will be sent to our still under-development web-panel, however if an admin is present all admins in the same server will get this popup message like so:

That's it for now, there's more coming down the line for this weekend including an updated radio plugin with some bug fixes and feature updates.
All servers except for Minecraft TTT have been updated (That damn server never empties)
New Record
We have had our GMod servers for no more than 5-6 months, our most popular server: Cinema is now rank #20 on Gametracker in the world. This is obviously a big achievement for us a whole. Our next step is top 10 (But first we need to compete with the Roleplay servers
).
Minecraft TTT is just behind on rank #29 out of all Garry's Mod servers.

Just a quick note that we have now added a 'No boosting' rule to the servers as it was not clearly defined before. So heads up to anyone who boosts and has gotten away with it so far.
FAQ
So, I keep getting asked this and I keep explaining why.
Q: Why does Garry's mod get all the cool things like Cinema, Radio, $WZ etc? Why cant you add this on CoD4/MW2/MW3?
A: The answer is simple. Garry's Mod was designed with Modding in mind only. Garry's mod scripting allows us to create these cool things like watching youtube videos ingame or listening to radio while playing on our servers. Same applies for the $WZ system. CoD games do not give us this level of flexibility to allow us to do this. If it did, we would have done it by now. Because GMod allows much more flexibility, its a competetive server market there, so we always need to update our stuff and bring new features.
Q: Will you ever release the Sourcecode for the GMod stuff?
A: No

Just a quick announcement. I've updated the map on 67thway from ttt_67thway_v3 to ttt_67thway_v7 as I'm lead to belive V3 was causing server crashes when certain things happened at specific co-ordinates on the map. You will automatically download the map upon joining.
On another note: All other Garry's Mod servers will be updated at some point this week (Originally planned for last night but delayed due to having issues with the database)

The Staff are proudly present to you new TTT weapons, kill/buy icons, generally bits n' bobs! This has been applied to the following servers:
[WZ] 67th Way TTT [FastDL]

The changes are as follows:
Map Changes:
- New weapon spawns in ttt_minecraft_b5!*
